Ordering & Shipping Info

| Please be aware that all prices are in Canadian dollars and a 5% federal sales tax is applied to all items except Gift Certificates. Also, please note that prices are subject to change without notice. All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. In-house processing time is approximately 2 business days. Special Orders require a longer processing time and will vary by order(see below). If you have placed a special order, you will be notified of the processing time via email within 1-3 business days of receiving your order, as we may need to contact the manufacturers. PLACING AN ORDER Placing an order with us is quick, easy and, most importantly, secure using our online shopping cart. To place an order, simply click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. You then have the option to either check out, or continue shopping and adding products to your cart.
When you have finished shopping , click on the "View Cart" button and follow the simple directions.
You will create an account that will store your personal information (name, email and shipping address), so the next time you visit, all you have to do is log in. Please Note: For your security, your payment information will not be stored with your account, so it must be re-entered on your next order. Please be sure to enter the billing information as it appears on your credit card statement into the personal billing section of the order so that we may authorize and send your purchase. You must enter your payment selection on the final checkout page for your order to be processed. This total will not include shipping cost. This will be emailed to you once we have packaged and shipped your order, and will be charged separately. Therefore, there will be two transactions made on your credit card. The first will be the order total, put through upon the assembly of your order. A store receipt, as well as your copy of the credit card receipt, will be included in your package. The second transaction will be your shipping cost. The Shipping Cost is the ACTUAL postage cost; there is no charge for packaging and handling. A shipping receipt from our store as well as a Canada Post receipt will be mailed to you separately. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or problems.
SPECIAL ORDERS Special Order Items are items not regularly stocked and are ordered upon customer purchase. The order total will be charged to your credit card prior to ordering the item from the manufacturer. If you have ordered a Special Order Item, you will be notified via email, and all in-stock items will be held until your order is complete before being shipped. All Special Orders are Final Sale. Average processing time can range from 2 to 12 weeks, depending on product availability from the manufacturer. However, we will not be held accountable for processing time exceeding 12 weeks. We will do our best to keep you updated on the status of your order.

PAYMENT We are currently able to accept VISA and MASTERCARD only through our secure server (see PRIVACY section below) during the checkout process. We will validate your credit card by checking your personal billing information as well as your Customer Verification Value - the 3-digit CVV is the non-embossed number printed on the signature panel on the back of the card immediately following the Visa or Mastercard account number. If you would prefer, you may CALL IN your credit card information using the phone number under our Contact Us button. You may also use a credit you have with us by selecting and entering your Credit Validation Number. If you wish to pay by another method, please contact us via phone or email PRIOR TO placing your order to make arrangements. SHIPPING Currently, our preferred shipping method is Canada Post Expedited Service. Orders within Canada will generally deliver within 7 business days. If you need an order expedited, please email me and I will do everything possible to get it sent out ASAP. Due to the varying size and weight of our products, the cost of shipping varies and a total will be emailed to you upon shipping your order. No responsibility will be taken for any items lost or damaged in transit. If you would like to purchase extra insurance for your order or have your order sent via Registered Post please contact me for a quote. Orders are also available for PICK-UP at our store. Please see the Home Page for address and store hours. You may also email us for directions. Pick-up orders will be held for 30 DAYS from date of purchase. An email reminder will be sent out 5 days prior to deadline. Payment will not be refunded on any orders not picked-up after 30 days, and items will be re-sold.

RETURNS Any unused items in original condition with original packaging and tags may be returned for store for online credit only (excluding postage) within 15 days of the purchase date on the receipt. Please email or phone us immediately with your Name, Date of Order, purchase date, and the Order Number so we may issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please return items in the original packing and include a copy of the receipt and the RMA number. Products subject to misuse and/or mishandling are not eligible for a refund. Missing parts or manuals could result in restocking fees. Again, no responsibility will be taken for any items damaged in transit. You may ship the package(s) back to us by any shipping means you wish (Postal Service, FedEx, UPS, etc), however All RETURN shipping charges and brokerage fees incurred are the customer's responsibility. If we are required to pay any fees to accept a returned item, it will be deducted from your credit. RMA number MUST be issued prior to accepting any returns. Packages without an RMA number will not be issued a credit. Once we have received your return with RMA, we will email you within 72 hrs with your credit total and Credit Validation Number. Credits are valid for 90 days from date of issue. You are entitled to the manufacturer's limited warranty that accompanies products. If an item is found to be faulty, the product will be replaced, and all additional shipping charges, to and from, will be covered. Please Note: All items have been thoroughly checked over before being carefully packaged.

We will NEVER sell, rent or give away ANY information collected on our site. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, making the information unreadable as it travels over the Internet. We use the latest security technology available to keep your credit card information safe and private. WHOLESALE INQUIRIES We do NOT wholesale. Many of our products are being sold here on the website...as well as in our shop...at just above wholesale so thanks for understanding.
